I wanted to say a quick thanks - to both Natasha in the office for the efficient and friendly service, and also to say John was fantastic on site - prompt, friendly, informative, relaxed and even took on an additional job in the building. He didn’t even mind when my excessively friendly cats clambered all over him and supervised!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Searching on Checkatrade found Premier Heating to replace radiator valves and fit a filter on my boiler. Contacted me extremely quickly and arranged for an engineer to visit and look at the work needed a day later and 2 days later all the work had been carried out by a very efficient, friendly and happy gentleman called Scott.

Came out on the Wednesday for the diagnostic. Very friendly, polite and professional. Work was then booked in and completed the next day. Absolutely fantastic group of guys. Top class work and extremely respectful of our home.
