It was a Bank Holiday Sunday and as usual my first job of the day was to go to the toilet only to discover it was not flushing. Thinking it will be very hard to get it sorted to day, I would have to wait until Tuesday. So I thought I would email Premier Heating Solutions and to my surprise I received a phone call from a lovely lady She offer the job same day. Chris arrived looked at the job said yes, but needed to go back to get the new syphon, he returned and duly replaced the old with the new. Showed me what was wrong and how to replacement one worked well done Chris

Carried out annual boiler service. Premier Heating installed boiler and service it every year. I'm pleased with the boiler service contract we have with them which gives us peace of mind

Had a pleasant chap named Andy Mossop round. I had just moved into my new home and needed someone to carry out system checks as I thought there were things that were not quite right. Knowledgeable guy with good problem solving approach. Excellent communication by Premier heating solutions keeping me up to date with things on their side. Quick and easy process.

Excellent communication and delivery of service from Carl. It’s rare to have such an experience with tradesmen. Prompt, kept informed of issues, quickly fixed with no fuss and absolute minimum mess. An excellent experience.
