    Thanks for the review. Not to sure why we got a 6 as we gave a ROUGH time. We had a hole day of repairs. You were in a line. Lewis called when he was on his way as requested. When you text I replied straight away also. I'm glad your door is now working.

    I never got as far as having any work done by this company purely because the guy who emailed me was the most insolent person I have ever spoken to. very unprofessional, if there workmanship is as bad then you should be warned!

    I honestly cannot rate these guys highly enough, I contacted a number of companies needing an emergency appointment and Premier really came through, so helpful and polite and genuinely wanted to help and did a fantastic job potentially saving me hundreds of pounds, will 100% use them again

    Replacing both garage door springs.

    One of the springs on my garage door broke and we couldn't operate the door. Sean was quick to quote and the communications over text were good. Slight delay as the parts didn't arrive in time for the first install date but Sean kept us informed and reschedule an appointment the next week. The springs were replaced in about 20min and the door is now working again. I would use this company again.
