  Cleaning and repointing my patio

  Wayne cleaned my Patio ,removed the old grouting and regrouted with resin grout . He gave me a clear and detailed quotation at a very competetive price before commencing any work. He arrived on time each day and was meticulous in finishing the work to a very high standard and leaving the site ln a clean and tidy condition. In addition to being a very competent tradesman he was a very pleasant person to have around the house and nothing was too much trouble . I have no hesitation in recommending his services and I asked him to quote for further work later in the year.

  Block paving the front of property

  Wayne arrived on time and proved to be very punctual throughout the job. He explained how and when he would carry out the tasks involved. Each day he would do his work and leave the area clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Wayne to carry out any of this type of work to anybody.

  Cleaning Block paving driveway

  Our old block paved driveway was looking very shabby. Wayne advised how it would be weeded, jet washed, re-sanded and vibrated in and given a second spray of moss killer. He was a diligent worker, pleasant and friendly and good at keeping us informed. We have subsequently requested a quote for additional work and asked for the yearly maintenance service. Money well spent - drive looks great. Would definitely recommend this company

  Laying of new patio

  We had contracted Premier Exterior Property Services to replace our old gravel and decking with new patio paving. Throughtout the process communications were excellent from the initial planning and selection of materials, through to completion of the works. The work was completed to a high standard and after completion, the garden was left in a clean state with no sign of anything left behind - apart from a wonderful new patio / paved area. Would absolutely recommend and use again for other work.

  Gutter clean and repair

  Wayne was very professional and efficient. The price of the job was value for money. It's the second time we have used this company and we would happily do so again. Gutters were quickly cleaned and repaired and moss removed from Conservatory roof. Nice local company.
