    Unblocking a drain efficiently

    The work was done quickly and efficiently. What I also did appreciate is that I did ask to contact me on What's app and to leave me a message which is what they did. Other cies did not bother to read the message and they called me which is difficult when you work. So I am very please

    Outstanding professional service - precise CCTV diagnosis and expert clearance

    ​I highly recommend Premier Drainage Company Ltd. After Thames Water misdiagnosed a blockage as a private issue within my property, the engineer from Premier (GM) arrived and saved the day. He used a CCTV survey to disprove the water board's findings, accurately identifying that my drain runs into the main line through a blind connection outside my property boundary. ​The professionalism and technical knowledge were top-notch. The engineer cleared the blockage efficiently using a Milwaukee miller and left everything in perfect working order. They were punctual, honest!

    A great company to use for Drains

    The experience with Premier Drainage was excellent. A quick and convenient appointment on the same day and the service from the contractors was brilliant. Very helpful and informative and left me better able to manage the situation going forward. The work carried out to a high standard and at a fair price.

    Reliable and efficient

    Excellent service. Rang in the evening and they came the next morning. All work was carried out within half an hour and they double checked there weren’t any other issues with cameras. Would highly recommend.
