Avoid this company at all costs. Richard makes false promises and delivers poor-quality work. The plastering was unskilled—he even plastered over the switchboard and woodwork. He failed to cover all agreed areas for damp proofing, left a radiator leaking, and didn’t check it, causing the boiler pressure to drop and leaving the house without heating. He installed lower-quality units than agreed, demanded payment before I could review his work, and threatened to undo it if I didn’t pay immediately. He still hasn’t provided the guarantee documents. He shouldn’t be allowed on Checkatrade.

They were thorough with their questions and gave precise details of what they were suggesting. They were also willing to discuss and explain. On the job they were tidy and considerate, and kept to their schedules. Their work has a 15-year guarantee.

Richard visited my property and diagnosed the problem quickly. He and Dan came back a week later and resolved it. They were friendly and kept the mess to a minimum. I am very happy with the work.

Took a few attempts to get them to come out, when they did they seemed promising, but during the work they broke my internet router and neither reported it at the time or replied to my email on the night asking what had happened. Then upon refitting a board they said they would try to, charged me an extra £400 on top. They left silicone everywhere and great gouges in the plasterboard by the side. Aside from the extra cost they would have been well priced. So you get what you pay for really.
