Glenn at Premier was so incredibly helpful with his rapid communication, both on the phone and by email. Nathan the repairman was also quick and efficient, and very easy to get along with. He came to the office to repair the laptops, so no need to courier them offsite. Very handy indeed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
