Kostas had come over from Corby near Peterborough. He was very polite and provided information of the products used to clean my wool carpets. After had he finished they look like brand new. It was very easy and swift to book in an appointment. Kostas arrived right on time as well. He was very knowledgeable and honest when he explained that the stains may not come out, and very understanding when I decided not to proceed with the work. He went above and beyond though and recommended some very good cleaning products to me to help.
