Prem was punctual on arriving on site when he said he would. He installed a Tado thermostat to replace our Nest. We struggled to get the Tado connected to our WiFi, which on Google is not unusual. Prem very kindly returned the next day to reinstall the Nest and we will return the Tado

From the initial quote to the multiple visits during works, Prem always turned up on time or texted to advise his ETA which was reassuring, this fastidiousness also applied to his work, with my century old quirky house and unique wiring providing Prem with multiple problems, however his skill, experience, diligence, patience and communicative skills meant he solved all the problems the situation threw at him and completed each job to a very high standard, and I would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to others

Prem came to disconnect a cooker prior to a move and returned a couple of days later to reconnect it in the new place. He kept me informed when he was delayed slightly by traffic and was very professional.

Had two wall radiators installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. He was on time, cleaned after and did an excellent job. Everything was done to a high standard and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
