Luigi and team carried out the demolition of an office building and shed, also disconnecting water and electricity. The team were communicative throughout, the job was well done and they left the site very tidy. Would recommend.

Prek and his team were incredibly personable. Their communication was excellent and the work completed was as promised. They worked around me and what worked for my schedule, and added weekend dates to help. They left the house tidy and hoovered all the sanding dust away - which was amazing. Prek recently completed a garage conversion for us, his attention to detail and work ethic is v good. All his sub contractors were equally as good. He managed the job from removing the garage door to even putting handles on cupboards to finish up. Any problems that did arise he had a solution for, great communication throughout the job. He even sorted other trades out when we was on vacation. We will 100% use him again for our other properties.

Prek and his team were extremely hard working, punctual, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our rear kitchen extension and terrace. We would highly recommend them and plan to use them again to convert the garage. Our project was to budget and completed to the impressively short projected time scale.
