Fantastic service ! I had the first visit on the day I phoned to book. Matthew the technician was brilliant, friendly, knowledgable and put my mind at rest. He did a thorough assessment and made lots of suggestions to help sort the problem. The treatment undertaken over the 3 visits has worked. I would highly recommend this company.

Matthew Edwards is a very lovely and approachable man . He maintained professionalism at all times and reassured me sensing that I had a mice phobia. He listened effectively and left my home with me feeling safe and reassured. He explained what the problem was and where the entry point was which gave the mice access. He sealed the entry and placed baits in the required areas. He is very knowledgeable ,confident and pleasant. He would be a great mentor/manager to employees within the department and I strongly recommend his service. He has the right attitude,skills and competencies .

Sam attened my property and was very professional about the mouse/ mice situation. He gave me excellent advice and between us we were then able to arrange a plan of action. I would highly recommend this company for any pest problems.

We were so pleased with the service we received. It was so helpful, efficient and courteous. Mike had to come back twice to treat the nest as it was so big but nothing was too much trouble for him. I would have no hesitation recommending this company - they were excellent.

I would really recommend using Predator Pest Solutions. It was very easy to book an appointment and we received information about what to expect through email very quickly. Our technician Sam was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He was also great at making sure our cat couldn't access the pesticides used. Just a great service provided and I won't hesitate to use again if needed.
