Darren was punctual with attending to assess the work required and with submitting a quote. John was diligent in carrying out the necessary work and did so in a timely fashion, cleaning up after himself. Annette, in the office, was always helpful and speedy with responses. I had a blown/misted window unit needed replacing, broken window lock, door lock needed changing and window opener adjusting. Precision Repairs LTD is a family-run fitting company with more than 20 years of glazing experience, specializing in repair work which other companies have refused. We are experts in single & double glazed UPVC doors, windows, and conservatories, and we offer glass, handle, hinge, and conservatory roof replacements.
Precision Repairs was founded in 2006 by engineer Mike Newcombe, after he noticed that many glaziers were turning down difficult, but possible, repair work in favour of costly replacement jobs.
With 10 years of glazing expertise behind him already, Mike marketed the company’s key services as ‘jobs that others say can’t be done’, and his hard-work ethic and honest approach brought Precision Repairs some fame in the Poole and Bournemouth area.
Although Mike is no longer with us, his passion and attention to detail live on in the ownership and management of Darren Bailey who has closely supported the team over the past 10 years.
