10 Very fast, efficient and friendly service.

Just moved in and discovered water between the panes of glass in one of the windows. Contacted Precision Repairs and they quickly got back to me and sent someone to look at it. Very quickly, new glass ordered and replaced at a very reasonable price. Very happy with this company. Everyone that we came into contact with was friendly and efficient. We wanted the bi-fold doors fitted to a property we recently bought reversed to open to the other side. The original installers were very unhelpful and wouldn't consider it, nor would a number of others, but Precision Repairs were happy to do it. I had to obtain necessary parts from the manufacturer, which wasn't without incident, but once all the parts were on site PR completed the job without fuss. Precision Repairs replaced an opening skylight in the conservatory with a single pane of glass and sealed two panes. We have used Precision Repairs for several years now on a variety of jobs, from fitting windows in a porch to replacing stained glass windows like for like. Precision Repairs LTD is a family-run fitting company with more than 20 years of glazing experience, specializing in repair work which other companies have refused. We are experts in single & double glazed UPVC doors, windows, and conservatories, and we offer glass, handle, hinge, and conservatory roof replacements.
Precision Repairs was founded in 2006 by engineer Mike Newcombe, after he noticed that many glaziers were turning down difficult, but possible, repair work in favour of costly replacement jobs.
With 10 years of glazing expertise behind him already, Mike marketed the company’s key services as ‘jobs that others say can’t be done’, and his hard-work ethic and honest approach brought Precision Repairs some fame in the Poole and Bournemouth area.
Although Mike is no longer with us, his passion and attention to detail live on in the ownership and management of Darren Bailey who has closely supported the team over the past 6 years.
