  Accepted the job but failed to attend or communicate

  John of Precision Property Maintenance accepted my kitchen installation and confirmed a 22nd July start. I relied on this when allowing delivery on 17th July and turning down other offers. John did not attend, provide any warning or explanation, or respond to repeated messages through Checkatrade, WhatsApp, email and phone. I have now had to remove the old kitchen myself and arrange separate gas and electrical work, causing significant disruption, stress and additional expense. Even a brief message would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements. I cannot recommend this business.

  Fitting laminate flooring

  John was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout- from providing a quote to booking us in quickly. He did a brilliant job fitting the flooring in two rooms in our home, and the finish is superb. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him! Thank you.

  Bathroom renovation

  New bathroom. John completely refurbished our bathroom, ripping the old one out and giving us a brand new, fresh, clean look to our specifications. He was quick, tidy and provided some really helpful suggestions to improve the look based on what we wanted. The bathroom looks stunning and is the result of a thoroughly professional job by John. Would recommend him to anyone who wants a job done well and in a reasonable timescale. Would definitely reach out to him again for future work. Thoroughly recommended.
