  I contacted Thomas several times re outside lights not working, sealed bathroom lights not working and also new lighting to kitchen with new electrical sockets. Thomas responded quickly, gave estimate and completed work in a pleasant and professional manner. I will use him again for any electrical work needed. I would also highly recommend him to others.

  Outstanding Service and Genuine Care

  Tom did an excellent job fitting my induction hob — professional, efficient, and tidy throughout. He even went above and beyond by checking that everything in the flat was safe before he left. Really appreciated his attention to detail and care. Highly recommended!

  Tom was fab. Turned up when he said he would, got straight on with the job and was very polite and courteous. Tidied and hoovered up after doing the work! I would happily recommend and would certainly use Precision Power again.

  Replacement of bathroom extractor fan

  Tom is extremely polite and professional and kept in regular contact throughout the day of the job. He encountered an issue during the work regarding a difference in shape of ducting between the fan and behind the ceiling but worked together with me to create a solution I was happy with, and he was happy to lower the price to suit the circumstances. I will be recommending him to family and friends, and will contact him in future for my electrical jobs.
