    Great service and excellent results

    We found James on Checkatrade for garden work ahead of a garden room installation. He visited quickly, provided a clear phased quote, and was always patient and flexible when we changed our plans. During the job he coordinated smoothly with the garden room company, kept us updated each week, and suggested tweaks that really improved the final layout. The garden now looks fantastic. James was friendly, hardworking and professional throughout, and we’d be very happy to use him again.

    James came to quote us for some work, and then hasn’t replied since. It has been 10 days since he came, and advised he’d contact the next day. I messaged and reached out, but has also ignored that too. Concerningly his number is linked to another company incorrectly.

    Hi to all, James here I had a message come through to my WhatsApp from Becki and attended site to quote. Hereafter I discovered after a conversation with a member of a company I used to have a partnership with that it was supposed to go through to them, and my number which I had attached to the buisness page that I originally set up hadn’t been changed. After this I messaged Becki to explain that I didn’t wish to step on any toes as the original message was not meant for myself. I had displayed my company name on my original response to the request for the quote and this has now been resolved.

    Hang Mirror ...Picture ...light

    James came to our property to quote and one of his employees arrived to do the work ..Unfortunately the operative was under the influence of something ..what we'll never know but he proceeded to destroy our house breaking mirrors ...damaging walls ..breaking family heirlooms ...we have had to pay out over £2000 to repair the damage for which James seems only prepared to lay 20 pieces of turf to compensate ..he now refuses to even to reply to calls or messages it's been a terrible experience

    After many recommendations we contacted Precision Home Improvements to help us with a home office project. James and his team have been fantastic from the word go! The price quoted was the price paid, super knowledgeable and tidy. We now have a lovely outbuilding as a new home office and cannot recommend these guys enough!!
