Carl was excellent! Great communication. He was able to see me quickly. He did our boiler check as well as fix 3 toilets which I had bought the parts for. He worked neatly and efficiently.

I had a new 4 piece tap set fitted to my bath by Precision Heating. They gave me a quote in advance, once they had seen what was required. They came within days to carry out the work, on the date and time arranged that was convenient to me. They were very professional and efficient carrying out the work and even fixed an in line valve that was seized and needed replacing, that wasn't planned in this job. They were very pleasant, approachable and cleared up all the areas where they had been working, leaving the bathroom as clean as when they arrived. I would highly recommend them.

We hired them to put in a new combo-boiler and they were fantastic throughout! Clearly explained the work, we very diligent and tidy inside the house and the work was done to an exceptionally high standard.
