Carl was quick, efficient and thorough

Found out we had leak in boxed in wall. Quick response to our call and had it sorted in no time! They also fitted our two bathrooms and have done other work for us for a number of years. Carl, Ben & Nathan would always be our first call. Excellent service, polite and respectful to property. Highly recommend them.

We first used Precision Heating before lockdown on recommendation from a very ‘particular’ friend. Over the years we have had a new bathroom - design, supply and installation, replacement shower in shower room, cloakroom refit, design, supply and installation. Recently we had the replacement kitchen tap and shower repair proving that no job is too small. The team are honest, reliable, extremely experienced and important for pensioners genuine and trustworthy. We will never use any other company and would recommend them. Really pleased with everything from Precision Heating - removal of old boiler & tank, new boiler in completely different location and rerouting of all pipework/venting/etc. Great communication throughout the work, fitted us in earlier than expected, really competitive price, very clean and tidy with minimal impact on the rest of the house, all rubbish/old equipment disposed of, sorted all the paperwork/guarantees, very reliable and knowledgable and worked around our slightly awkward set up! Would highly recommend, lovely guys.
