A friendly, considerate team that worked quickly and efficiently. They sanded and laquered our hallway, two flights of stairs and a landing. With minimal dust! We are delighted with the results, and would definitely use them again, and recommend to all of our friends.

Cannot rate Paul and all at Precision Floor Sanding highly enough. Saw their Tik-Tok channel and booked through Check-a -trade. They sanded our living room,dining room and hall floor, filled with pine slivers and treated with clear lacquer. The floor is over 115 years old and was a complete state so it was a tough job that took two days. Communication was excellent, the team are highly skilled at what they do and worked very hard. I would also say great value for money. We had wanted a stain, Paul showed us what these would look like on the actual floor and went for clear in the end.

The team were incredibly tidy, fast and thorough. Floors look beautiful. 10/10!

Paul and his team returned to sand our lounge and hallway. We previously used the team to floor sand our dining room last year. We were so impressed with the workmanship and the finished result we used them to do the same to our lounge and hallway. Paul and the guys are reliable, friendly and hardworking I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The prices are reasonable having obtained quotes from other companies last year. I think it says it all that we used the same company and once again we have amazing floors in our home. Over the moon with the results!
