We have worked with Barry now on a number of room makeovers in our house. We couldn’t be happier with the work. Precise property maintenance is exactly that “precise” in their work. Every detail perfect and great ideas to complete each project. Barry made having someone in the house easy. He is tidy and polite and understanding of other tradesmen that had to work along side him. He really helped to run the project and make sure everything finished efficiently and perfectly. We couldn’t be more delighted and have already booked Barry in for more work in 2026.

Barry has completed an extensive variety of work on our home from floors, tilling, kitchen cabinets, interior decorating and inbuilt wardrobes. A trustworthy and pleasant workman to have in your home, couldn’t be happier with results.

I always use Barry at PPM he’s knowledgable and ‘Precise’. He has carried out a complete kitchen refurbishment. Bedroom including fitted wardrobes from Howdens. His painting is the crème de la crème as his finish is beautiful.

Barry was brilliant from start to finish. Gave sound, honest advice, really listened to what we wanted, reliable and trustworthy and cleaned up as he went. Work was to a high standard.

From the initial request for a quote right through until the final completion of the works, communication was both prompt and very clear. Barry explained everything that he was going to do, set clear start and end dates and was always on time. We were very pleased with the work completed and attention to detail throughout the process.
