Charlie did a great job fitting out new kitchen tap. It ended up being a bigger job than expected with new pipework needed but Charlie managed to do it all quickly and to an high standard, even having to go out and get new parts.

Pre Precise visited my house advisedhow best to carry out new shower pump to 1st floor bathroom and from accepted estimate carried out installation within 2 days. All operatives tidy, clean and did a very professional set of works. Advised them.would definitely use them.again .

From quote to completion, Jamie, Charlie and the team were brilliant. They worked around our busy schedule and always turned up on time, doing exactly what they said they would. On-site, the team were professional and polite, especially around our kids, and always checked before making noise as I work from home. They cleared up thoroughly every day and left the boiler exchange and bathroom work finished to a really high standard. Jamie, Charlie took the time afterwards to explain everything in plain, understandable language. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you team

Recently had my bathroom renovated & couldn't be happier with the results. Charlie was professional, reliable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Completed all the work on time, kept me informed throughout and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they took on additional requests along the way without any fuss, and didn't charge for several extra bits that weren't original agreed, which was incredibly appreciated. The quality iis excellent, it's clear they take real pride in what they do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Superb Servive. Asked for check and repair on water cylinder and came On Time Next Morning and fixed super fast and charged cheaply. Thanks guys,have hot water now

Had such a great experience with this company. We had a full bathroom replacement and we are over the moon with the outcome. The team turned up on time and left it spotless at the end of the day everyday! Nothing was to much of a challenge for this company considering how the old bathroom was installed all them years ago.
