    Replace Leaking Radiator

    Pete provided a competitive quote. He arrived at the agreed time. He worked in a tidy, thoughtful way, ensuring not to damage flooring or anything else in the property. He did the job thoroughly and methodically, ensuring system drained and free from air throughout… checking and cleaning system filter… and adding inhibitor. He was polite and courteous throughout his work and completed it in good time. He tidied up after himself, even hoovering the little amount of dust he made. When finished, he ensured the system was working and operating at the correct pressure. I would definitely recommend.

    Assess a boiler that wasn’t working

    Pete responded swiftly and communicated well. He offered me choices about when he might visit, and we arranged one at my earliest convenience. He didn’t leave me waiting, despite there being difficult traffic. His assessment was thorough, he talked me through it so I understood. He offered me options. He left me delighted with his work.

    Moving a radiator

    Appalling service. Pete failed to show up on four occasions (a last minute funeral, a car crash, COVID, and a total no show). I ultimately instructed another plumber although other works I have planned have now been delayed. The final time he gave no excuse and failed to respond to any of my messages - a voicemail to mobile, a text, a call to the number on his website (which is no longer in service), and message on Checkatrade. Having said the night before that he would definitely be there at 9am the following day, he left me waiting all day. CAUTION. Highly unreliable.
