WE USED PRACTICAL FOUNDATIONS TO HELP US WITH A PLANNING APPLICATION AND DO THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS FOR OUR BUILDING PROJECT. THEY CAME ONSITE TO MEASURE UP AND HAVE A LOOK AT THE PROJECT SITE. THE DRAWINGS WERE DONE TO A GOOD STANDARD. THE SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. WE HAD TO CHANGE THE DRAWINGS A FEW, ALL CHANGES WERE DONE AT SPEED. THEY WERE ON THE PHONE TO DISCUSS ANY PROBLEMS WHEN NEEDED AND COMMUNICATED BY EMAIL ALSO. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.

Practical Foundations did a good job with our drawings. They also submitted our application and dealt with all queries from the planning officer. Beautiful drawings of existing and proposed plans. Ivan was our contact and gave us a lot of advice and ideas, he was accommodating for multiple changes to the drawings. Also after communicating with the structural engineer, Ivan done the requested changes to accommodate. They also offer site visits on weekends, which we choose to do. I had an excellent experience with this company and want to thank the whole team who supported us every step of the way while our extension was being built. They did an initial site visit and helped with ideas until we settled on a plan. During this process they were happy to discuss and make changes until we got to our ideal extension. They also helped with the internal kitchen plan. This company is supportive and actually care’s about you on a personal level during what can be an extremely stressful time of building and extension. I whole heartedly recommend this company.

Practical Foundations did an Absolutely amazing job with our drawings. Turn around was very good and they were very patient and supportive with the changes we want. They also submitted our application and dealt with all issues with the council. We wouldn't have had our approval if not for their help. The price is extremely good and service is top notch. I honestly can't recommend them enough. They supported us from beginning up to the end when we had some issues with the planning application.
