From the moment we met Pat, we knew this was the guy for the job. We had a quote the same evening that he’d been out to see us. Pat gave us a start date & they turned up bang on time on the day & in around 3 weeks, they stripped our bathroom back to the brick and replaced everything, installed brand new flooring in 3 rooms, installed a boiler and 5 new radiators, replaced our fence, gate, outhouse door and roof and repaired a double glazed window. They also have our kitchen a new lease of life too. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Pat & team!

Patrick did an outstanding job on our complete renovation. His quote was by far the most competitive among the three we received, without compromising on quality. Beyond the work itself, we built a great relationship—he’s genuinely a kind, down-to-earth person, and even my dad took a real liking to him. Would I recommend him? Absolutely, without hesitation. You won’t regret it. He also finished the project well ahead of the agreed deadline, which was impressive. Thank you, Patrick—I’ll definitely be back with more projects.

I never leave reviews but Wow, Pat and his team were brilliant. The house is unrecognizable!! From knocking down walls to new bathroom and flooring! Pat was a delight to deal with even though the house was a pure pain with no even surface, he project managed everything and always had a smile. The lads were so polite and fantastic at their jobs! Please look no where else! I wish I could give it more than a full rating. completed on time!!

Patrick and the team carried out an entire refurbishment of my property, the work was outstanding and they even finished earlier than anticipated having the house ready for Christmas! My wife was delighted and we can’t wait to use Patrick and the Team again in the future.

Patrick is very polite and courteous and comes with exceptional customer service. The team are good timekeepers and always arrive as planned,they always put right any snags that inevitably crop up from time to time. Patrick and his team completed a major transformation to my Kitchen/Diner project to a Hi-Spec finish. We now have a beautiful new Kitchen thanks to all at PBS.
