I would highly recommend Patrick and his team At PBS for your next project, Nothing is too much trouble and keeps you informed of the progress of the work being done. Patrick is very polite and courteous and comes with exceptional customer service. The team are good timekeepers and always arrive as planned,they always put right any snags that inevitably crop up from time to time. Patrick and his team completed a major transformation to my Kitchen/Diner project to a Hi-Spec finish. We now have a beautiful new Kitchen thanks to all at PBS.

PBS, was very professional. They carried out the work in the time frame they suggested. When they needed other trades, to do other jobs (electrical work) they had contact and consulted me before carrying out the work as there was additional costs. Definitely recommend PBS

Patrick and his team have recently completed fairly major works for us. From day one, we could see that we were in very safe hands. Throughout the project, as with any works, inevitable snags occurred and Patrick and the team provided creative and satisfactory solutions. We now have a beautiful new kitchen diner and a lovely garden. We found Patrick to be a good communicator on all matters relating to the project, including timekeeping and when he and the team would be on site. He was personable and courteous but above all a man of integrity. We don't hesitate to recommend.

I have to say a huge thank you to Patrick Kinnear and his team at Practical Building Services for the total transformation done in our kitchen! It’s done from being a tiny, very green, dingy little thing with about three cupboards and a broken oven to a beautiful family space with plenty of room, storage and worktop space coupled with a lovely dining area… it was a big job knocking into the garage and adding new steel beams and brickwork, but Pat and his team worked brilliantly to ensure we had a smooth transition to our beautiful new space! All the guys involved were friendly

Patrick and the team have completed a full house renovation at one of my properties. Their attention to details is second to none and they were always ready to go the extra mile. We managed to come up with great innovative ideas in order to keep the refurb going and have a fantastic end product. They bring years of experience under one roof, I already have them booked in for another refurb and I would recommend them to anyone.
