  Re grouting bathroom floor tiles. Replace towel rails. Repair conservatory leaks

  I needed someone who would provide genuine advice and help for the areas that required some work. It was also important that the workmen were trustworthy and showed respect to my home and we felt comfortable with them. The men were punctual, introduced them selves on the first morning and I knew I had the right company! Nothing was too much trouble. Each morning they would tell me their plan for the day, consulted me if there was a change or wanted to suggest something else. I will certainly be using them again, thankyou.

  New side gate and toilet leak

  I have used PPM for various maintenance and repairs, recently I used them to replace a side gate and fix a small leak from my toilet On both occasions they were both polite, prompt and did a great job. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

  Wall and drive way

  The guys came in to rebuild a front wall and repair drive way. Finished to a very high standard, would definitely recommend PPM.

  toilet, utility and porch

  Job given 8 weeks to be completed and it took them 6 months. Inconsistent of tradesman, leaving jobs unfinished, then moving onto something else. No matter how much we questioned this, we was told yeah we know, we will get that done. Making us feel they were doing us a favour. Still paying out to get jobs finished off by other trades people. Would not recommend them and would definitely not use again.

  Firstly we are sorry to see your negative review and comments, we do acknowledge and apologise for the fact the job took longer than expected, however, with regards to any unfinished work we must point out that all estimated works that were to a plastered shell have been completed and you paid the final snagging payment assuring us it was carried out to your satisfaction. Naturally meaning you will require additional trades to undertake work not included that were outside of our scope.
