  Really prompt phone and email response, and the turnaround was very quick. We were able to book a home visit on the date I wanted, and the guys turned up on time. They were polite and efficient, and, although we wound up paying a little more than I had anticipated, this was because there was actually a small extra issue to deal with. One key point is that a builder had said we would definitely need scaffolding for the job (expensive!), but the boys from PP Gutters were very happy to shin up a long ladder, which is cheaper by a factor of 10. Good service.

  Excellent!

  The guys were excellent, fast and respectful. They took pictures of before and after, saw additional things that needed fixing and (after checking first) fixed them promptly. They even had shoe covers for coming through the house.

  Very professional company. I have leaking water in my bedroom and we was thinking that is our gutters, but when Mr David arrived with him team they do inspections from the top of my roof and found the problem, is not the gutters, is the the main beam wood and roof tiles, so they fix it and as well clean my gutters for free. Very professional I will definitely recommend to everyone.
