  Great communication, resolve problems quickly

  I have had the pleasure of working with POW Property Developments twice now. The first time a larger joint job with my neighbours to repair the roof and the second to replace a bay window. Project managing the most recent job, Chris was very communicative, keeping me in the loop and updated every step of the way. When things weren't quite to my standard they arranged to rectify this within a few days. POW have access to a wide range of skilled individuals and I'm confident in their work ethic and desire for a quality finish; I would happily use them again for future work.

  Professional company with great communication skills.

  Very please to confirm that another great job completed by this amazing company. We were recommended POW by our colleague when we were looking to refurbish our bathroom and downstairs WC . Very glad that we accepted the quote from Chris, who is the director of POW. Very professional team, with excellent communication skills, always answer the phone&never late for work in a morning. We were impressed how much work different contractors could finish each day. Will keep in touch with Chris for future references and would truly recommend POW to anyone for relevant work.   Had carpets fitted by Pow property developments, the communication with the office team was 5* and the 2 guys fitting the carpets were punctual, polite and carried out the works to a high standard. Would 100% use again.

  Pow Property Development are exceptional

  I have used Pow Property Development a few times, they put a new roof on my house, floored out my attic, renovated the front and back to my home and renovated my driveway with resin and fences. Pow Property Development have excelled expectations, and work to a very high standard and employ great craftsman.

  Fantastic company to have work for us. Always reliable, fantastic communication from the office team as well as very professional workers who attend our hotel for repairs and on going projects. Would highly recommend this company and look forward to using them in the future as they are hands down one of the better companies I have used. They can almost do any type of project, design or repair and is exactly the company you want to work alongside, pick up the phone and problem is solved!
