Pow handled issue quickly and efficiently. The Velux roof window leaked after heavy storm so was very concerning. They appointed a roofing company to visit and access. Whilst on site the tradesman considered the leak was caused by build up of debris etc in the Velux gutter. He cleared the debris and cleared up patio area before leaving. A simple maintenance task but access beyond owners capabilities. Pow managed the task in a timely and efficient manner. Will have no hesitation on calling on them for any Future maintenance issues. A very neat and tidy job, professionally carried out. On-time, polite, friendly - rang to re-arrange the second day of work due to adverse weather conditions, rather than simply not turning up.
