I wanted to have a feature light in my hall. From photos the guys worked out what to do and that it could be done without cutting out the wall for wiring. Appointment was made, they turned up on time and did an excellent job. Very pleased with the result.

The guys were great from start to finish - quick response, booked in a timely manner and exchanged messages and images of the site ahead of time. SSEN’s fuse head was faulty and the team at Power Property Electrical took the lead in working through what needed to be done and returned when SSEN had repaired the faulty fuse.

In June 2024 Power Property Electrical responded to my Checkatrade request to install a 16amp supply for an intruder alarm spur, with a neon indicator and a memshield MCB with attachment RCBO pod which I needed for a new Alarm System. Mark and Matt viewed my requirements quickly, quoted and installed the Spur very efficiently. Very polite, helpful and I have the electrical installation certificate. All went well for the new Alarm. In August 2025 I had no hesitation in asking Mark and Matt for additional domestic work here, with an exterior light too. Great efficient service! Thank You.

Power Property did a fantastic job installing our new EV charger. What I liked about Power Property is that they offered a reasonable price and they provided sound advice. For instance, they came up with a creative solution for our tricky installation and the end result is better than I expected. And once the EV charger was installed they stayed to make sure everything was working properly. Mark even popped by a few days later to add an extra element that we decided to add at the last minute.
