    Good communication with Powerlux Ltd and my work was carried out on a date that was convenient for me. They even messaged that morning to give an estimated time of arrival which was really helpful.

    Thanks for your feedback Jay. It is quite difficult to give an exact time in this trade due to heavy traffic in London and also previous job sometime take a little longer than expected. That's why we do give a 3hr time window and do our best to get to our customers within that time frame. Once at the job you have our full attention and receive a no rush service. We try to give the same to all our customers without rushing the jobs we do. I do apologies that you were not fully satisfied with our service and will do better next time.

    Helpful, friendly service

    Helpful, friendly service. I was able to answer questions prior to having work done and received helpful advice about my options and what was needed. I was able to have work completed on a Saturday which was really convenient as I don't have the flexibility to be around during the week. Would recommend and use again.

    Fault finding as the power kept tripping

    The engineer was thorough and found the issue very quickly. He explained what the problem was and how he would resolve it. He had all the parts and completed the work even undertaking a seal to our dryer hosing at the rear of the machine. Very good service would highly recommend using this company.
