  Expert, efficient & reliable plumber/gas safety engineer with reasonable price

  Ivan Borudzhiev is a highly competent and professional gas safety engineer and plumber whom I have relied on several times over the past 12 years. Most recently, late last year, I was dealing with the usual problems that come with a very old boiler, which was affecting both the hot water and heating. Ivan was able to come out the same day, quickly diagnose the issue, and recommend a suitable replacement boiler. He then sourced the new boiler without delay and completed the installation, including removing the old one, within just three days. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Power Estates! I won’t use anyone else!

  Power Estates are always my go to for any plumbing /boiler servicing- I won’t use anyone else for my Property. They carry out work promptly and will solve any problem! I know I can trust them to get the job done really well - I can’t recommend them highly enough!

  Recommendation for Ivan (power estates)

  I’ve used I a several times to fix heating and plumbing issues in the 1970s building we have purchased. I found that he diagnoses the issues accurately, provides good advise, his work his good quality, and his costs are reasonable. Ivan is an experienced professional and it shows. The heating system is much better after the replacement parts and maintenance he has carried out. I would recommend Ivan for heating and plumbing work.
