Glyn and his team were amazing from start to finish, the quote was detailed and he was happy to come out and re adjust any extras we wanted to add. Really pleased with the workmanship. We undertook a few quotes and although Powells weren't the cheapest they were the ones who took the time to explain what they were and were not going to do, they spoke in terms of quality -e.g. using sand and cement to do the pointing as opposed to a quicker less qualitative solution, also undertaking to remove all old pointing as opposed to patch repair. The team that undertook the work were professional and very hard working. We think the price was fair & reasonable and the outcome excellent. We are delighted with the result
