After the initial visit it was decided we needed a lead tray on our grade 2 listed chimney to prevent the water ingress. We had several hoops to jump through with the local council but Jo at Poundbury Build & Maintenance was always on the other end of the phone to guide us through and provide the additional information we need. Once we had the go ahead the team was straight onto it and the chimney was dismantled, the lead tray put in place, chimney rebuilt with no fuss or complications. The location was tricky for the scaffolders and builders but they all did a neat and tidy job. Thanks

The two man team arrived early this morning, they were polite, attentive, professional and efficient. They were focussed on getting the job done, but they also took time to give the roof the once over - and replace a couple of other broken tiles that I hadn't noticed! Making the booking was easy - an email with a couple of photos showing the problem. I honestly can't recommend this company highly enough - I have used them a number of times now for small roof repairs and they never disappoint...!

My two dormer roofs were re-covered in GRP expeditiously by three chearfull, polite workers. I was shown photos of the final results, both roofs looking very good. The considerable amount of rubbish from the old coverings was removed and the site left clean and tidy.

Not only was the price right but the team without exception were highly professional. Polite and courteous, they are a credit to the Company. Their finish is absolutely fantastic

They were excellent in all aspects of the work, including clearing away moss, re-felting, tiling and replacing any broken tiles. Also fitted a new ridge. Extremely efficient and showed us with photographs how the work was progressing.
