Just had my property rendered and painted by the lovely girls and boys from Poundbury Build and maintenance. From the start things have run like clockwork. The quotation process, Jo in the office and the lads who did the work all made the job effortless. I’ve always been kept informed of stages of work that had been completed and those still to do. The work was always done with tidiness in mind, even washing down each day. I would highly recommend Jo and her team for anyone looking for property maintenance.

Poundbury Build & Maintenance completed a job skimming my main room, kitchen and two bedrooms (including 1 nasty ceiling). The job was completed to a high standard and I would recommend Stef, George and team to anyone in the future.

Thanks so much to kev and Jo at Poundbury build for our new ceilings they are so much nicer to look at . We used our own decorator as he was doing other work in our house and he quoted “ finally some professional plastering to paint “ The original appointment time was met , the plasters arrival date was met and the price was fair .. especially for such a precise job .. 100% will use then from now on and have since recommended to friends who are also as happy as I am

After the initial visit it was decided we needed a lead tray on our grade 2 listed chimney to prevent the water ingress. We had several hoops to jump through with the local council but Jo at Poundbury Build & Maintenance was always on the other end of the phone to guide us through and provide the additional information we need. Once we had the go ahead the team was straight onto it and the chimney was dismantled, the lead tray put in place, chimney rebuilt with no fuss or complications. The location was tricky for the scaffolders and builders but they all did a neat and tidy job. Thanks
