  We had an excellent experience with Lee and Gavin for our bathroom installation! From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with. When our tile order didn’t arrive on time, they were super accommodating and helped us find a solution. They were also very open to making changes throughout the process, even going above and beyond by adding an additional request we had. Their professionalism and flexibility made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their services!

  Refit bathroom and redesign hallway

  Great communication in planning and during the job, Lee and Gavin are very approachable and professional. They link with other tradespeople eg. electricians and plasterers to keep the job on track. We were really pleased with the quality of their work and felt they genuinely wanted to achieve the best result. We would highly recommend Potts and Jones...great job guys....thank you both very much 👍🏻

  Building en suite

  They designed and built the en suite, cloakroom and utility room. They were always on time and polite. Workmanship was excellent and faults with supplied parts were replaced and fitted without any hassle. Highly recommended.

  Shower room refurbishment

  Lee and Gavin done a fantastic job on our shower room. Before it was dark, cold wet and not a nice room to go into. The job itself was one that required full gutting and taken back to the bare walls. I couldn’t have imagined that the end product would have been so good. Now it is the best room in the house. Hard working reliable guys. Top job. Thanks again

  Potts and Jones are a professional friendly and fantastic tradesmen. Their work was outstanding I can 100% recommend them with pride. They cleaned up at the end of every day put floor covers down where required.
