The fitter was extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the process. Darren was punctual, polite, and their workmanship was excellent. Darren was great from start to finish. Good advice and ideas, reliable, clean and tidy, willing to go above and beyond. Refit of bathroom - removed bath, old immersion/water tank. Darren was exceptional from start to finish in gutting and refitting our new bathroom and we would highly recommend him. No task was too much, and he went above and beyond to ensure we were more than happy with the finish. The initial discussions were very helpful and allowed us to make informed decisions. He was extremely responsive, always at the end of the phone . He has a very calm manner, he was prompt, ran things by us if he had any questions, if we were faced with a challenge he always came to us with solutions and kept us regularly updated on progress. Darren was brilliant. Very clean and tidy. Fast and efficient. He communicated brilliantly with me. I was able to trust him with the job and trust that he understood what we required.
