Gave a reasonable quote over the phone & arranged an installation date to suit me. Turned up on time & completed the job efficiently. The lads were friendly & polite & took all the rubbish away leaving the room clean & tidy. Very pleased with Positive Electrics would definitely recommend them

We were nervous about using a firm found online, (it didn't work for us last time) and since our previous electrician retired , one of our old (35years) storage heaters also retired ! We were so pleased to find James and his team. He helped us decide on a replacement, explaining very patiently all the options, provided quotes, and gave a date. Two pleasant young gentlemen duly arrived, and completed the job . No mess, no fuss. They explained how the new equipment worked ( easy really) and removed all their rubbish. Nothing left behind. Simples. What a pleasant experience !
