  I was very pleased with Posh Developments from start to finish. I had a long standing damp issue, which I had contacted other companies about in the past but I never managed to even get a quote. Billy was extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

  New fence looks great

  I had my fence replaced and it looks fantastic. Bill and Byron were great from quote to completion and the work was completed to a very high standard. The work was completed quickly over the weekend even though the weather was terrible.

  Replacement of all air bricks

  billy responded quickly to my initial request and was able to fit me into his schedule within a few days. He did a great job and left everything very neat and tidy. Would recommend

  Re-laying fifteen slabs then re-pointing the whole patio area with a resin mix.

  We were so pleased with the first job that we asked for a quote to sort out our patio, which was getting in a dangerous state. They fitted it in as a matter of urgency, which I really appreciated. They turned up when expected and worked incredibly hard during the hot weather. As before, when the invoice came it it was exactly as the quote.

  Refurbishment of several entrances and balconies

  We asked POSH Developments to re-furbish and paint several entrances and balconies at our block of flats. They were very easy to work with and always listened to our changing requirements. Despite having to deal with continual rain and frost, they stuck at their task and we were very impressed with the finished product.

  Repair and re-grouting to house walls

  Our first time using Posh Builders, after recommendation by a friend. We were extremely pleased. The work was carried out on time and came in exactly on budget. They cleaned and tidied up afterwards. We have book them again for another job.
