Made contact to request a quotation. The response was friendly and the quote promptly emailed. Once the quote was accepted, a date was fixed. Received a link to a tracker so we could see when the engineer was near. We'd already been given a ETA. Rob was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Very conscientious and cleaned up after himself. He ensured we understood the operation of the boiler and left all handbooks with us. Certificates emailed first thing the next day. Well done Laura and Rob. Exceptional service provided by Laura in getting an appointment set-up quickly and conveniently. Rob arrived on time, and we got a text message ahead to say he was on his way. Rob was so polite, enthusiastic and professional. He did a first class job, to a high standard and took his time to make sure it was all done right. He was exceptionally clean and tidy and between Laura and Rob they made the whole experience effortless. Competitively priced and a great job.
