I bough a cooker from Argos and didn’t want to pay extra for the installation. I thought I’d just plug in by myself. So when cooker arrived I had a problem! I had to look for an electrician. It wasn’t very easy to find 1 tho. As soon as I call Portobello Electrician LTD Glen has picked up and answered in a very polite manner. He said he is in a neighbourhood and could be with me soon. I thought he was joking how soon and went to shop. Shorty he called me that he is outside my home and I was surprised how honest and punctual he is. He is also a Christian! Job done very well. I’m cooking again

Glen’s communication is polite and friendly. He arrived on time with Al necessary equipment. He clearly explained the needs for this job, then carried out the tasks exemplarily. He gave me very helpful and good advice with regard to any future issues that may or may not occur with my electrical fittings.
