Deposit, Warranties & T&C's: We will require upon confirmation to accept the project a small deposit that is non-refundable - this will be followed upon request by a formal note of receipt in PDF and on our letter headed paper. Please ensure that you check the T&C's below and ask any queries before proceeding with the works.

We request a deposit to pre-order materials and confirm the booking. Please note that this is non-refundable, and we will always undertake the works, even if dates may move due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We also provide warranties of 3 years for internal works that may need remediation. For guarantees on render please do ask us when we visit as this will depend on a number of external and environmental factors.
