At our initial meeting, Ray turned up late and told us he had “forgotten” about the appointment. We let it slide, as these things can happen. However, we then had to reschedule the gardening job multiple times due to Ray, as he always had an excuse for why he couldn’t attend. Eventually, we decided to cancel the job and requested our deposit back. He said he couldn’t return it straight away. After sending him a formal message stating that we would take further action, he came up with yet another excuse.

Initially no takers for the job so opened it up to more than the three selected... Poppys got back very quickly said they’d contact to arrange appointment. Unfortunately the following week I was hospitalised. They contacted while I was in hospital and I told them what had happened. They wished me well. I asked to reschedule sone days later and they said fine Ave what day would suit. Told them anytime. Didn’t hear anything after that. Asked if they still wanted the job but got no response. Closed job.

Ray was quick to respond and get my job booked in, the price was good. Ray and his team were very polite, friendly and professional. They got everything done that we wanted. I will use them again when I need some more work doing.

they were lovely guys, a family business, really kind and nature conscious so they didn't just raze the area but they left important plants they uncovered. they had the knowledge and care to minimise disturbance of nesting critters. They took all the rubbish and left the place clean and tidy! They left me with advice for care going forward. I'm so happy, thankyou all!

Ray was so professional and quick to attend the job. They were absolutely fantastic at what they did and responded very quickly.
