It was very easy to arrange a time, the chap was very responsive on Whatsapp. They came when they said they would. They were nice and friendly. They did an excellent job, exactly what I wanted, quickly and efficiently. They left no mess behind. I would certainly use them again and recommend. I also found the price very reasonable.

The chaps were polite and cheerful, even with the adverse weather they had to deal with. They carried out the job well and left our garden neat and tidy. Thank you!

We were told they'd start work on the 11th June the work would commence, the date they actually started was the 8th July. When work did commence, the person that was sent didn't know what he was doing and carried work out for 2 hours on the first day, didn't come the second day and came for 2 hours on the third day, it was over a week until we seen them next. When the work was "finished" it wasn't levelled, the whole job wasn't done and we ended clearing left over top soil because they couldn't pay their bill to have it removed.

Reasonable Ray and Ash did a fantastic job - exactly what I asked for. Scorching hot day but they carried on regardless. Kept me informed of progress etc. Well mannered and respectful of surroundings. Coming back in the morning to finish off - which is totally understandable as job bigger than I first thought. Definitely would use them again.

At our initial meeting, Ray turned up late and told us he had “forgotten” about the appointment. We let it slide, as these things can happen. However, we then had to reschedule the gardening job multiple times due to Ray, as he always had an excuse for why he couldn’t attend. Eventually, we decided to cancel the job and requested our deposit back. He said he couldn’t return it straight away. After sending him a formal message stating that we would take further action, he came up with yet another excuse.
