We’ve used Dean at Pool and Spa Heroes for 3 years now to service and maintain our aging hot tub. He’s reliable, knowledgable, and does a great job, and always leaves the hot tub looking and feeling pristine, and working perfectly. We can’t recommend Pool and Spa Heroes enough if you have a hot tub that needs looking after or you want to give yours a thorough service to maintain its longevity.

We had a leak in the hot tub which I thought was a jet. John and Dean came within a couple of days and fixed it but said if it continues call them. It continued so they came back and did a full search finding the problem to be a pump. So came back for a third visit to replace that. They were efficient, clean, quick, friendly and had great communication.

Great service, very timely, brilliant communication. Couldn’t do more for me to get the tub back up and running. Fitted me in so quickly for repair. Will def be using again!
