Dean explained what was needed and was honest and up front about cost. Had to be called out again as the leak was not fixed, but he did so without hesitation and sorted it out. Very pleased.

I cannot rate Dean highly enough. He is approachable, communicates really well and was very clear about what the problem with our hot tub was and our options for fixing it. He came out to us within a few days and fixed the part we needed quickly and reliably. Would definitely recommend Dean as he is very knowledgeable.
