    Polytech Contracts Ltd is an excellent company. Removed Asbestos Soffit Boards and Asbestos Guttering /Downpipes at my house. Polytech Contracts Ltd did exactly what they said they would do to remove all the asbestos safely from the building communicating with me effectively through the whole process. They did all the work in the agreed time line in a professional and friendly atmosphere. The reinstatement works done by their builder was done to a very high standard and quality. I am very happy I used Polytech Contracts Ltd for the asbestos removal and would not hesitate in recommending them .

    Asbestos removal from loft

    Adam and his team performed a magnificent job removing some broken AIB soffit boards from our loft. This was a tricky operation, given the location above a bedroom, requiring the removal of all loft insulation (contaminated) as well as the offending materials. Yet, while other contractors hesitated when approached, Adam made it clear from the start what was required and stuck to that plan. Less than 3 days to complete! Professional, timely throughout the process, and hence thoroughly recommended. Thank you Adam & Polytech team!

Following the assignment of a contract, the customer should expect to receive a comprehensive package of works of which will include everything from the initial planning of a job through to the conclusion and handover phase.

Communication is a key element when ensuring that a job is executed correctly and sufficiently. Therefore, the customer will be appointed with a designated member of staff who will provide a simple and trustworthy form of communication; they will have the ability to ask questions and raise queries as well as identify the process and current status of the project.

Upon completion of works, the customer will receive a series of documents which are to be safely recorded or archived for your future references, these are legal documents and should not be freely shared with the general public.

Asbestos removal can be a very daunting and dangerous process if it is not approached, managed and executed correctly. Ensure that a suitably licensed contractor is appointed, every time.
