Martin has done a brilliant job bringing our floorboards back to life. He was professional, efficient and has provided a top service. The quote was accurate and the work carried out within the suggested timeframe and accommodated our timings. He also helped with patching up the floor and was generous with his advice. Martin of Polishing UK has done an excellent job to restore my downstairs wooden parquet flooring to its former glory - it looks brand new! I am very happy with the result. I would also add that Martin is very reliable, turned out on time and finished the work as scheduled. Very good communication throughout. Martin also varnished inside and outside my tired looking front door, conservatory door, wooden window frames and wooden panels in my conservatory to refresh them and they look so much better. Polishing UK has been making wood look beautiful since 2003, when the company was established. The company was set up by Martin Currie, who entered the trade in 1990.
The services we offer are floor sanding, french polishing and furniture repair.
Most of our sanding is attached to a mighty hoover, which makes our work 99.8% dust free.
I provide free esimates and advice and have various samples of colours and finishes to show.
