  We had an excellent experience starting from booking a quote to completion of the work. Polar Cool are a very professional company with friendly staff and an excellent level of workmanship. They were easy to talk to about solutions and gave good advice. We were left with no mess and very smartly installed units.   Polarcool supplied & installed a domestic air conditioning system. Communication throughout the quoting & install coordination was good. Hardware & installation was done as estimated without any delays or other issues. So efficient planning, communication & execution of the work.

  We are very happy with our installation. The whole process from start to finish was easy and professional. Workmen arrived on time, polite, courteous and left no mess. Spent time going through the operating instructions and didn't feel like they were rushing off at the end of the day.
