  Ian and James at Polar Bear Air were fantastic from start to finish.

  They removed an old 5kW floor-mounted AC system (both internal & external units) & replaced it with a new Daikin FVXM50A9 low-case mounted split system. The installation was completed efficiently and to a high standard, with great attention to detail and minimal disruption. In addition to the installation, they also serviced a cassette unit & another wall-mounted unit. Everything was left clean & tidy, and Ian took the time to explain the new system and ensure we were happy with the work. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Polar Bear Air for AC work.

  I recently had a new air conditioning unit installed in our loft bedrooms, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Installation was quick and clean, and the new system works great—quiet, efficient.   The team at Polar bear air managed to get the job done very quickly as I was in quite a big rush. Very efficient without the lack of quality as works came out exactly as explained. I expressed to Ian that we did not want any wires showing inside the house and he assured me will be a nice and clean job and it was. Top tier service would highly recommend these guys cannot fault the service!

  Ian is friendly and professional, communication was top tier and the finished job looks incredible. Would totally recommend. Ian has since been back to service my aircon and the same experience again. No faults with the service provided.

  Excellent advice, service and value. Ian fitted us in on short notice and gave great advice on options and costings. The installation itself is immaculate and looks great. Ian also gave us some great advice around care and maintenance. Would 100% recommend.
