Richard is such a professional tradesman. He came at very short notice to repair our Neff oven. He explained how and why it was not working properly and quickly carried out the repair. I contacted Richard on Wednesday morning at about 10am. He arrived 20 minutes later and had fixed the cooker within 30 minutes at a reasonable cost. You don’t often get service like that. I have employed him several times in the past both for cooker and washing machine problems with equally fantastic results. I would always contact him first before anyone else.
