They came promptly and saved me from a badly leaking chimney. The quote for nearly £2000 detailed scaffolding and the erection of it. No scaffolding appeared, just two men with a ladder. The chimney was demolished in 2 hours. £2000 for 2 hours work. (Nice work if you can get it!). I was not offered a reduction for them not having the expense of scaffolding. I felt conned. Unprofessionally, a payment receipt was provided only after a month of asking, and came as a result of a personal confrontation. I cleared rubble which fell down the chimney. The “guarantee” is not insurance-backed.

John came over very promptly when I realised I had a leak on my roof. He found an issue with the felt and fixed the problem there and then with no issues. Other roofers told me I needed a new roof, glad I called Podesta! Great customer service would highly recommend
