Boiler had a leak and needed a service

Paul is great! Highly recommend. Really quick response, arrived on time. Figured out the problem immediately. Parts ordered and boiler fixed and serviced within a matter of days. Will definitely recommend and will use him again in future. 10/10 reviews are a true reflection of the service he provided.

I recently hired Paul to change my toilet. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. The repair was done efficiently. He was courteous, tidy, and respectful of my home. The price was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. I would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumbing service, so much so that when I go ahead with refurbishing my entire bathroom ( which will happen soon), they will be assigned the job.

Amazing emergency plumber!

Amazing service! We just moved in and had no water. PMP Plumbing responded quickly, told me their call out fee and then didn’t charge us more as the job seemed pretty straightforward ( not to us!) definitely recommend

Replacement of flue. install new radiator. boiler service. LGSC

Paul replaced a horizontal flue with a vertical one through roof. replaced a radiator, serviced vaillant boiler under warranty and provided a gas safety certificate. Highly recommend him as one of the best engineers I have used.

Really great service, help advise with other issues / gas leaking as well as connected underfloor heating. Came after hours to ensure we got the job done in time for other work we were having carried out. Really reliable would recommend and use again.

Needed a new boiler

I needed a new boiler. Paul asked questions and popped round to see the old boiler before replacing. His quote was competitive and the service was outstanding. He is reliable, efficient and thorough. New boiler fitted within a few days. Fabulous service. Paul worked hard and communicated everything well. All paperwork and guarantees sent immediately. This is first class service at its best.
