Peter is committed, caring, professional ,informative and trustful. He has a great problem-solving skills that was especially clear while fixing our small cloak room. Providing an exceptional service is his priority. Peter did a holistic job for us including tiling, plumbing , fitting furniture and radiators , painting and removing the old furniture and tiles. Generally the installations on the day were carried out well except for a large rad leak which caused damage to a carpet. A subsequent catalogue of leaks, unsuccessful attempts to remove the carpet stains and the PM Plumbing team being difficult to get hold of/unresponsive, has sadly left me an unsatisfied customer, 3 weeks on and still a bit of a pickle.
