Dimmer lightswitch repair

Had a problematic kitchen dimmer light switch repaired which lit 12 halogen bulbs. Phil advised solution. Good communicator. Very pleased with workmanship. Excellent customer service, going out of way to ensure repair worked, and resolved a problem by a process of elimination. Highly recommended and we will be using again in the New Year.

Phil is a really nice guy, very friendly and a good communicator. He got back to me very quickly and came round to have a look, gave me a reasonable quote and good advice on questions I had. He installed everything to a very high standard and was very clean and tidy. Will use him again and would recommend to anyone.

Circuit board was sparking and overheating causing all sockets in house to blow

I cannot recommend Phil highly enough, I called him on Bonfire night after 5pm not expecting to get hold of anyone, he gave me advice over the phone, arranged to come out Sat morning at 9am and was on time as promised. He took a look and told me what the problem was and fixed it immediately. He was polite, informative and very knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and did not try to 'over sell' in any way - in fact he really put my mind at ease. Will definitely be calling him for any electrical work in future.

Electric issue

The best service I’ve ever received ! I contacted Phil via check a trade and he rang me straight away and was round in 5 mins to help me! He found the issue and fixed it after I’ve had several people out who couldn’t resolve it for me. He was professional and efficient and I could not be more impressed with the service. Highly recommended!! Thank you so much !
