FRONT DRIVE PAVING - FAILURE TO FOLLOW UP

Patrick is a good man.
But it took 2 months to fix the manhole cover for another company to unblock a drain. In an emergency he was needed in days, not months.
The front door step is a hazard. Admittedly he was trying a new design at my request. But the step bears no resemblance to the agreed design.
The finish around 2 plant beds is so bad he was convinced someone else must have done it.
I've been in regular contact with Patrick. He always promises to come and gives me a date but never turns up.
Patrick is a hard worker but lets himself down by failure to follow through.
