  Complete roof replacement

  Pat and his team gave us a first class service; removing terribly rotten joists and doing a complete roof replacement. The work was done to the highest standard with constant communication with Pat at every stage of the process. The team are very friendly and easy to work with (and did a great job at being diplomatic with the occasional over-zealous nosy neighbors!). The whole job was also completed very quickly.   Several Items of Maintenance Work Required

  I was very impressed. Their knowledge, communication and attention to detail were all excellent. With an impressive average Checkatrade score of around 9.7 from well over 200 reviews I was not disappointed. I had been let down previously, so researched two different high quality roofers, of which “PM and Sons Roofing Specialists” were one. The only reason why I didn’t end up using them was that they were unable to fit me in as quickly for the work as the other company. This apart, there was nothing to choose between them. I would be happy to recommend them for high quality roof work.

  Full reroof in progress

  We’re really pleased with the progress Pat and his team have made on our new roof in Chorlton (M21) after just two days. They’ve been efficient, professional, and have kept us well informed with regular photo and video updates. The old roof removal and rafter replacement have been done to a high standard, and the team is consistently punctual, hardworking, and tidy. We highly recommend them based on the excellent work so far and look forward to seeing the finished result.

  Complete new roof

  The job started as refixing/replacing ridge tiles. Unfortunately when Pat's team started, the roof was in such a state of disrepair that it was decided to replace the whole roof. Pat kept us informed with calls & videos as problems were discovered. We felt completely in touch with what was going on at all times. Nothing extra was done without a discussion & authorisation from ourselves. We are extremely pleased with the finished roof and would have no hesitation in recommending Pat and his friendly team. A very professional company.
