    Valley replacement

    I called Pat after heavy rain caused a leak in a bedroom ceiling. He quickly assessed that the lead valleys and roofing felt needed replacing in the dormer. Scaffolding was put up and photos and videos were provided to keep us informed of progress. We are very happy with the workmanship and the roofers did a great job tidying up and removing all the waste.

    Full re-roof

    We had a leak after heavy rain. Initial inspection of a new valley being needed but after work started it became apparent our original roof needed fully replacing. Pat and his team did an excellent job to fit us in at short notice to make us a priority, explain the process and the work being carried out and provide photos and videos to document everything happening. Really professional job, scaffolding, skip and materials ordered and job carried out at pace. Thanks so much to Pat and the team, will definitely use again and recommend to others!

    Full re roof

    Had the team around to do a full reroof, great customer service with every step documented, and happy to come back for any little niggles afterwards. Very professional after having poor quality roofers previously.

    Roof repairs

    Pat and his team carried out repair works to the chimney stack and ridge tiles in an efficient and friendly manner. Kept us informed of the work with photographs to show what had been done. Would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and neighbours.

    Great customer service

    Pat came out to assess and quote for work in a timely manner and communicated about availability clearly. He walked us round and explained everything that could need repair and explained how the company do things and why. He offered many opportunities for us to ask questions and gave realistic risk levels for if we decided not to do the work.
