  Chimney re-pointing

  Pat's team did a neat job of repairing our vegetated chimneys whilst we were having our roof re-slated, including: - Raking out and re-pointing the brickwork - Replacing the stepped lead flashing (properly chased into the brickwork) - Repairing the flaunching on top of the chimney

  100 old slate roof re-done, looking great

  Pat and his team did a full re-roof on our slate roof. We got updates including picture and videos basically daily, and Pat talked us through the ongoing work on multiple occasions. The roof had lime torching, but the team removed all this and lined it with felt. The slates were reused where possible. Our house as solar panels, and this was not an issue. When the roof came off some cracks were found in the structural beams, Pat kept us updated and offered a few paths forward, we chose to have the beams reinforced this work was completed too. Pat also arranged the skip and scaffolding.

  Roof Repalr Replacement

  After our recent Chimney repair Pat and the team surveyed the roof at our request. They found signifcant decay on the roof beams and tiles. They explained everything to us backing it up with videos and photos. They carried out the roof repair in professional manner, with a daliy report with photos on the progress and next steps.   Excellent Service Chimney repair

  In the week before Christmas we had a water leak from the roof into the bedroom. Pat responded very quickly, being really helpful to my daughter and husband who had a 5 week old baby. They discovered the problems quickly with a thorough inspection using a drone They did an excellent repair of the damaged chimney and surrounding area. The whole team were excellent and very professional especially with a 5 week old baby in the house. We would highly recommend Pat and the team

  Great slate roof refurb

  Refurbished slate roof plus various bits of maintenance including reinforcing some rafters, repointing and chimney repairs. They’ve done a very thorough and professional job. Sent pictures and videos keeping me updated throughout.
