Patrick was excellent in fixing a difficult leak in the patio, that two previous builders have failed to solve. His approach was diligent to our needs and he explained each step accordingly. It was a pleasure to have Patrick on this Job- would definitely recommend!

This was a challenging job mainly due to the access being difficult but Patrick has a great 'can do' attitude and worked with us to find ways around all the problems.  We are very pleased with the outcome.

I needed a new utility room and porch and Patrick did a great job, overcoming many difficulties, including the weather, in a very wet Spring. He even dug out all the footings by hand, after being let down by a sub-contractor with a digger. I am delighted with the end result.

Patrick has recently completed a front extension for me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. His work is of the highest standard, with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship throughout. Patrick is extremely professional, polite, and reliable, always ensuring that everything is done to the best standard. He has just started work on a new patio and rear extension, and based on the fantastic job he’s already done, I have full confidence that this project will turn out just as impressive. Patrick is an absolute pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Patrick was always professional and helpful. After 2 weeks of Patrick van not working, we both perservered and it was eventually finished. He used extra ply wood to hold the original wood beam. Added wood roofing then felt. He was always tidy and everything was cleaned. He was always polite and honest from the start. Would definitely recommend.
